I have never given a review of a company, even if the experience was sub par. But in this case, I feel that people should be warned of the horrible experience that may take place when making an appointment with Sue. I made my appointment yesterday for 10:00A.M. today, was sent 2 confirmations and showed up 10 minutes early. I stood outside for a while but when 10:10 A.M. approached I decided to give her a call. It was extremely unprofessional but I thought maybe she was in traffic. She did not answer. A few minutes later I tried again and the call was forwarded after 3 rings. I called again and left a voicemail and 3 hrs later I have yet to hear from her. I asked a family member to babysit, traveled 25 minutes to get there and absolutely nothing. It was a severe inconvenience. It cost me time and gas and took time away from my children on my only day off of work this week. Unacceptable.
